I like both cats and dogs but cats are selfish and dogs are loyal (even if stupidly loyal). That ends the dilemma for me.

The head Japanese biological warfare research guy (who was responsible for dropping bombs with deadly bacteria on Chinese cities as a method for large-scale experimentation and who experimented on people with various biological agents making them die in very painfull and ugly deaths) made a deal with the Americans and surrendered his research notes to them in return for going completely free and unpunished. Talk about justice for war criminals.
