edem that sucks! Yeah Google does not do the customer service thing at all. I remember when they tried to sell the Nexus One through their site. So many people had problems, the only way to get into contact with Google was to post on their forums and hope that someone would see your thread. Which is why like 5 months or oless after they sold it on their website they stopped. Google can provide good services, but when they sell products they just don't have the infrastructure to do proper customer service.
