Happy Monday, everyone! Heavy rain this morning... I saw a procession of various animals, walking in pairs, heading for the marina.... I'm glad that we had such beautiful spring-like weather yesterday. I even noticed the very, very tiny beginnings of buds on the cherry trees. It won't be too long before all of Japan turns pink and white with their blossoms.
For now, my tankard is filled with Twining's Prince of Wales tea, which is sufficient company to a bowl of rice and tsukemono. I have an appointment with my mechanic to day to install an alarm system on my bike, getting it ready for a season of long distance touring.
