Chocolate has become one of those things that people can become terribly snobbish about. Don't get me wrong I like a few squares of 78% Vietnamese single estate Grand Cru as the next man, but sometimes you just need to get down and dirty with a big slab of light brown milk chocolate that leaves a coating on the inside of your mouth and gives you a headache because you have eaten too much of it.
