My first thought was "Oh that poor Siamese!" because in my experience they're way too dignified to appreciate that. But I think KK's right. Most cats I know (and I've had dozens over my lifetime) would have to be drugged to let you do that to them. Our longhair (Buddy) even hates being brushed, no way he'd sit still for something like that.
