This is an Office question:

(How to sort in Calc)
I will Assume the CSV was opened in OO 'calc': If not, do that first.
I would suggest that you review OO help on sorting in Calc, because I will give a
very rough outline. (Partially because the computer I am writing on is running Libre Office 3)
Important: Select All columns (that are being used) when sorting, or you will totally scramble the data

(

If you click the little box at the corner of Column and Row numbers )
On the Menu
Data | Sort
Switch to the Options first
The important one is Contains Headers (yes it does have Calibre ones).
choose the rest to taste
Now back to the "Criteria" tab.
This is where you set the Sort orders: eg 1st Authors, 2nd Title
I will leave the results printing (which columns to include...) to you
