A small glass of warm Pepsi to accompany a handful of Lay's Ripple Potato Chips. Late at night even my delicious oolong tea cannot quiet the voice that demands I give it Pepsi and chips. Oh well...
Am close to putting in an order for some Pu-Erh. A Singapore tea firm offers a sampler with the following varieties:
1. Loose Pu Erh
2. Xiao Tuo Cha
3. Pu Erh Chyrsanthemum
4. Lui An Aged Tea
They have some interesting oolongs as well so I think this may be fun assembling the order.
