Come with me, my love
To the sea, the sea of love
I want to tell you how much I love you
Do you remember when we met
That's the day I knew you were my pet
I want to tell you how much I love you

Good morning, everyone!
Another beautiful morning.... a hot mug of East India Company's Royal Breakfast tea and a bowl of really spicy chili with just a whisper of meat (for the needed amino acids. I'd prefer it were just a hint of veggies, but...) This is a heck of a way to start the day!

Sun's up, only a few chores to get done, so it's PLAY DAY!

Its about attitude: eat the patotoes and ' think' lean. That make's it alright to eat those patatoes. And yes, almost a virtue.....
Desertblues, if you simply break them in half before you eat them, all the calories will fall out. This works with chocolate bars too.

... which gives me an idea for part of tonight's dinner; Swiss Rosti! Haven't made it in a while.

Oh yeah, I'm having another coke zero.

Hi Mark, welcome to the MobileRead Drinking Society. Organic, huh? Didja grow the mint yourself? Tell us more, please.

I've been keeping up with you guys, mostly in the middle of the night when I'm supposed to be sleeping. This recovery business is hard work!
Betty, you really need to get your sleep! It's the time when the most healing can occur (unless you meditate,) as that's the time when you produce the most Alpha rhythms in the brain, producing the most bio-electrical energy so the body can do is thing and fix you up. We really need you back here full time and fully functioning! Get better soon!

My thoughts go to our absent teaist, stalking the London streets in search of 'The Perfect Tea...'

Time for the Second Cup.... I think..... East India Company Assam will work!
