While I know that geo-restrictions are usually applied on a per-book basis, there are some stores in your list that only sell into certain countries: B&N, in particular, requires a USA credit card billing address. It would be helpful if these offenders were pointed out in your list. Great effort, it's good to collect these things in one place.
