New to Nook

Already I'm in trouble with Nook. If my message looks a little crazy its because I can't see very well. I have a message that not user activated. I look in my document file and no bookds. In my Bn folder there are f bookds. ADA showes that I have bookds in my document file. Can anywone help. Thank
