I'm still a little above where I was just before Christmas. I have another 7lbs/3kg to go or so.
One of the problems with losing weight is that as you lose weight, your daily calorie requirement also goes down. It takes energy to maintain the excess fat on your body, so as you lose the fat, you also require less food.
So a diet that will cause you to lose weight slowly when you're 10kg overweight, might well just be at maintenance level after losing half that.
But I have also gone back to eating occasional snacks, which I should cut out again.
