There is something strange happening at the end. The script should continue after this. Something seems to be corrupt. Maybe you should download the zip-file again from the forum and unzip again?
The error at the beginning also seems to indicate that something is wrong? Maybe some parts of the SD-card got corrupt, does Ubuntu have a tool to fix corrupts SD-cards?
A corrupt SD card can cause more 'strange' errors with the DR (e.g. new files do not show up, annotations/bookmarked are not 'remembered' etc.).
