I got Sony DT-BR22 headphones, and they not only work with my LG phone, but with my bf's phone, my PC, and my iPod Classic (with bluetooth dongle). Best part- dual-device pairing. I discovered rather by accident that I can pair it with my iPod for music, and pair it with my phone for talking at the same time. It'll automatically switch from the music to the call and back again without a hitch. Good battery life, too- I highly recommend them if you can lay your mitts on a pair for cheap.
So you're telling me they make Bluetooth headphones that will do this for any phone, but not wired ones.... weird (not you, the manufacturers). I looked up the Sony set you mentioned (and thank you kindly, by the way!). I'll see if I might can find a refurbed set, new ones are still pretty expensive. Thanks for the tip!
