First, you'd probably need a reader application unless you can directly download the books to a pc (mac). Then presumably they have an encryption scheme (drm) that would have to be stripped. You can investigate Calibre with appropriate plugins that can strip drm (I'm not up on Border's books or methods). It is inappropriate to discuss details of removing drm from ebooks on this forum and you have to determine your own issues as it may be illegal in some countries.
