It did surprise me that it installed, the way you did it, so... Anyway it then runs some programs under Amazon, install runtime scripts, etc. before it finally brings up the initial startup screen. There are also some selection in system settings as to which system will be the default startup. Some timeout is involved as well.
As I did mention, a bug report exist already and I don't think we have to wait very long before this is taken care of.
