I'll assume you have enabled the developer hack, and are able to install files to the iRex Linux system via SSH .

Then the only step is to get a Chinese TTF font, and copy it to the /home/root/.fonts/ directory on iLiad. Done. Reboot, and you have Chinese display for your Chinese file names (or meta data) in ContentLister.

Only thing you need to be careful is that your TTF font should be small enough to be put on the root file system.

As long as the truetype font is properly Unicode encoded, I believe you can use a Traditional Chinese font with no problem, but I've not tested this myself.
