I have always said that there is no one best reader for all readers. That said I recommend several readers that are not on your list for different types of readers. If you want simplicity of access to your books buy a Kobo. If you want low cost buy an Aluratek Libra Pro or a smart phone reader (costs $0 for the reader). If you want to read any format that you come across buy a Jet Book Lite. If you want to read foreign langeuges buy a Bookeen. None of these considerations are on your list.
