I like howstuffworks.
I usually save the whole page (first click print to get a print-ready page) as a png file by TheWorld browser. Then I cut and resave the png as a 256 color png (size about 200k-600k).

Read it by a comicviewer software such as MMCE_Win32, ComicViewer, CDisplay.
