I never had any Archived Items on my Kindle until I decided to put the Kindle app on my iPhone. As soon as I did, the New Oxford American Dictionary showed up in the Archived Items. It is clearly for iPhone only, since it cannot be downloaded to the Kindle, either via the Kindle (error says "This title is not available on Kindle"), or by using the "Deliver to" option on the "Manage Your Kindle" web page (option to deliver to Kindle is greyed out).

I downloaded a fresh copy to my iPhone, but that does not removed it from the Archived Items folder on the Kindle, I assume because this folder shows any title that you own that isn't currently on the Kindle.

I've read enough horror stories about how you can't get it back if deleted from "Manage Your Kindle", so I won't do that.

Ideally, Amazon needs to fix things on their side so that this dictionary (or any items that are be iPhone only) doesn't show up in the Kindle's Archived Items. Why show it if I can't download it?
