I actually spelled it Ahn too instead of Anh but then changed it. I think it's because in our language it makes much more sense for the h to come after the a than after the n.

. I think I'm going to make a couple of liters this weekend and freeze it now that the sprouts are so cheap here. (Beppe: the tumbnail is how my sprout soup looks. I love the color
