Apologies speedlever - just realised I was a touch inaccurate in what I said, there. I guess it might be possible to have duplicate books with the same file name, but different file extensions (.mobi and .prc for example) - I'm not 100% sure on that, but your experience would tend to bear that out. However if the main part of the file name was the same, the name of the page number file would be an exact match, so whichever one was loaded second would overwrite the existing version.
