I was just thinking(pretty dangerous, eh?) that with the rising popularity and proliference of ebooks and ereaders, would the next step be insinuating themselves in the plot itself?! Instead of reading how a certain book touched the heroine's life, it would just be, "that title in my ereader changed my life," or, "that ebook helped me realize who I am."
