Pot one of Winter Magic, a Rooibos with wintery type spices.

grrr out of Karma. (sigh)

It sounds complicated but it is not. You boil water. While the water boils you scoop one tablespoon of tea per 8 ounces into an infuser. If the tea takes boiling water, you pour the water into the mug, teapot, whatever your infuser is sitting in. You let the tea steep for the length of time listed on the package. If the tea takes cooler water, you let the boiling water sit a minute or two and then you pour the water into whatever your infuser is sitting in and let the tea steep the amount of time on the package.

The water temperature is easy for me, I have bought a water dispenser for work and a tea kettle for home that I can program because I am just that anal. I know some folks who have bought a cheap thermometer and use that.

I would guess that making a lovely pot of tea takes no more time then making a good pot of coffee.

The process is kind of fun too. It feels like you are doing something special.
