If it works, the next question is: can this be used to work around geograpic restrictions?
Person A wants a book
Person B buys the book, and sends the .acsm file to person A
Person A opens the .acsm and downloads the book (I guess GR are not triggered here)
Person B cannot download the book (otherwise, it's not an "exchange")
Person A pays person B (a bank transfer, a gift code, another book...)
