Updated manually. 2 quick questions:

1. What do I need to do to enable real page numbers for Amazon store bought books? Delete them and redownload from archive?
2. Will my Kindle automatically download real page data for books I uploaded myself? All of them have ISBN in their metadata (set in Calibre)
