I'm confused. Install ALdiko or WordPlayer on your galaxy, plug it in, and click send to device in calibre to send books to the device.
If you want to use google books, then find out what folder it imports from and use connect to folder in calibre to send books to that. Or customize the android plugin in calibre to send books to that folder.
Or use the calibre content server to wirelessly access your collection over the network (though this will take some technical knowledge to get working).
