The IQ was originally announced for a US$139 list price but by the time actual shipments began the price was apparently unsustainable (or demand was so high they jacked the price to improve profits; take your pick.

). Last Dec an official price hike to US$199 was announced by Pocketbook HQ and broadly decried by retailers and owners. Why the current variation? Unclear.
Some vendors might still have pre-hike stock, the list price hike may not have been implemented, or maybe it was implemented to allow vendors to set thir own competitive prices locally.
Nobody's talking.
As for the device itself it is a solid competent Android Webpad that makes a good platform for reading apps and web surfing apps. It is not the best of media players. Battery life runs around 7 hours with judicious settings and ranges from five to 9-plus (minimal brightness, no WiFi).
Basically, its a personal value judgment though in the outcry over the annnounced price hike the consensus was that the IQ is a good deal near US$150, less so at $200, where it gets awfully close to higher-spec hardware from other vendors.
Your call.
