Mobileread is a friendly community where we make it a point to try (not always successfully, but we do try) to keep discussion on a friendly level. People can be wrong about something - for example, I have just given you a reference to a Supreme Court decision which shows that you are wrong about TV recording and "fair use" - but there are nice ways to say "you're wrong" and there are not so nice ways.
