Don't you think it releases too much of it flavour over 2 minutes in a hot water?
I am really looking forward to attending the masterclass in London. I am going to question them about Pu-Erh because they are the Chinese teas specialists

1 of the 7 teas they demonstrate is Pu-Erh.
P.S. btw., I am not sure 1 tuocha is designed for 1L of water. I think it is too much.
P.P.S. maybe the combination of too much water and 2 minutes rinsing steal some flavour, making the tea too bland?
