Very clever! Karma for your troubles!

If you don't like their black Tuocha, Pu-Erh is surely not your cup of tea. Then again, Pu-Erh is not like a normal tea, just like Mate, Rooibos and Lapacho are not.

Pu-erh is most definitly NOT my cup of tea! It's an interesting drink, but not what I want when I want tea.

How do you steep this tuocha?

I followed a method I read in "TEA" magazine; I put the toucha into a small cup and added boiling water. I waited two minutes, stirred the remains, then poured off the water. I put the tea into a large tea bag, put that into my tankard, and added 90° water, let it steep for five minutes, removed the tea bag, and gagged on the tea. Well... OK... I didn't gag. But it was nothing that I would write home about. I even finished the mug rather than throwing it away. But now I've made myself a cup of 'China Black' from McNulteys, and I'm a very happy camper!
