There are usually one or two free books or short stories each weekend from Rainbow eBooks that are free. This weekend's are linked on this blog post (there are often some from Samhain in the Kindle store, so just keep checking back).
A few of these may be duplicates (or bundles that have been available for a while, but appear to be ill-publicized, from what I see posted in the Amazon forums), but I tried to check current posts and remove any that have been recently posted.
Book Bundles: - The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy ($9.99), by Douglas Adams, has some very old reviews that mention formatting issues that have long since been fixed (and a new version sent to those who purchased early). The first book alone would be $6.29, but you get all five for under $2 each.
- Lara Adrian's Midnight Breed 8-Book Bundle ($34.61), by Lara Adrian, looks a bit steep at first, but works out to $4.23 per title in the series. If you start on it now, you should be done in time for the next one in this series: Deeper Than Midnight ($6.39). Recently marked down from an outrageous near $60 price (which was more than buying all the books stand-alone).
- Terry Spears Wolf Bundle ($7.99), by Terry Spear
$2.99 Publisher Discounted Books - Kill Zone, by Jack Coughlin and Donald A. Davis, is the first in their Sniper series, a fictional series based upon the type of real-life action Jack Coughlin retold in Shooter: The Autobiography of the Top-Ranked Marine Sniper ($8.99).
- Seducing the Heiress, by Olivia Drake
- Beginner's Greek: A Novel , by James Collins
- Girls in Trucks, by Katie Crouch
- Stand the Storm, by Breena Clarke
- The Inheritance, by Simon Tolkien, is the second novel (the first was Final Witness, $6.15) from the equally talented grandson of J. R. R. Tolkien, with a third soon to follow: The King of Diamonds ($11.99 pre-order).
- Buy Ketchup in May and Fly at Noon, by Mark Di Vincenzo
- Halcyon Drift, by Brian Stableford, is the re-release of the first title in his Hooded Swan series.
- The cover of Poseur #1, by Rachel Maude, looks like a teenage Sex in the City. Here, the setting is a private girl's school on West Coast, but fashion still plays a big role. From the same publisher that recently discounted every book in The Clique series to $1.99 over a period of several months.
Miscellaneous Bargains Books:
Non-Fiction Bargain Books: - The Lazy Environmentalist on a Budget ($1.24), by Josh Dorfman
- The Ultimate Depression Survival Guide: Protect Your Savings, Boost Your Income, and Grow Wealthy Even in the Worst of Times ($1.75), by Martin D. Weiss
- The Senior: My Amazing Year as a 59-Year-Old College Football Linebacker ($1.17), by Mike Flynt, LeBron James, and Don Yaeger, is from Christian publisher Thomas Nelson.
- Of Moments and Miracles: A Collection of Ordinary People's Extraordinary Stories ($1.24), by Lupe Mirelez
- Waiting for the Taliban: A Journey Through Northern Afghanistan ($2.99), by Anna Badkhen, is a new selection from AmazonEncore, while her upcoming release, Peace Meals: Candy-Wrapped Kalashnikovs and Other War Stories ($11.99) is being published by Simon & Schuster.
- Arnie & Jack: Palmer, Nicklaus, and Golf's Greatest Rivalry ($1.39), by Ian O'Connor and David Black
- Comrade Lost and Found:A Beijing Memoir ($1.33), by Jan Wong
- The Never Cold Call Again Online Playbook: The Definitive Guide to Internet Marketing Success ($1.80), by Frank J. Rumbauskas

- The Unwritten Rules of Friendship: Simple Strategies to Help Your Child Make Friends ($), by Natalie Madorsky Elman and Eileen Kennedy-Moore
- Obese From The Heart: A Fat Psychiatrist Discloses ($1.98), by Sara L. Stein
- The Pocket Idiot's Guide to Surviving an Audit ($3.99), by Alan Friedfel and Rich Mintzer
