I know some say that isn't proof, but this line keeps being overlooked:

It's very possible that I'm missing something, but since Apple hasn't said a word to dispute the flames over this applying to books, and since this coincides what I was told by a developer - that Apple's rules say they get 30% of any purchase from the ap, I'm not seeing where some get that books are excluded from the rule.
So does "
other" mean "
some unidentified products sold" or "
all other products sold".
