I'm sorry to hear you're having issues about ordering from Walmart. I didn't know they had the Sony stuff on their site, so thanks for that. I think I looked once before but it was so long ago I forgot. lol I may just snag their little zippered case for my new toy!!

But I've ordered from there many times and have had only one problem. I've ordered electronics, books, DVD's, and a desk. I've only done site to store, which I find quicker firstly and the only problem I had was when I ordered the desk. It's a big glass & metal desk for my desktop computer and the dang thing weighed around 100 pounds. It was delayed coming from the warehouse but they let me know and I was ok with it.

Everything else came in at the earlier estimated delivery date. I've been very happy with their service. Now, if it was something that I'm counting the seconds down as I wait for, yes I see how that would be dreadfully frustrating.

I have no doubts that you'll be happy when the reader arrives safe and sound to you. Did you do home delivery or site to store?
