Fun is why you do it. Measuring speedup tends to be a complex issue.

If you are running 64bit Win7, pretty much everything should see it.

One ramdisk that is supposed to see and use extra memory under 32bit Windows is Superspeed's: http://www.superspeed.com/desktop/ramdisk.php

In my case, it's a motherboard limitation hamstringing me.
