I recently purchased a white Literati. Turned it on, set the date and such. Copied some .pdf files onto an SD card and checked them out. Everything seemed to work and display fine. Linked to my wireless with no problem. Then, the pop up message about updating the software instructed me to proceed with the download. I noticed after 15 minutes that the progress bar had stopped and used a pin to reset the unit. Now, it boots up to the Literati screen but will not go any further. Please advise!
