Pocketbook 903, forgot to 'precharge' the battery
Hey, I bought a PB 903 unit recently and I was under a completely unfounded impression that I don't need to charge it for a long time before powering it up for the first time (first time I didn't check the manual before using the device; I was just under the impression that these are new batteries that don't need precharging). The battery was precharged quite well when I got it (4 bars), but I did have a feeling that it was consuming it's power quite quickly when reading books and comics and so on (even after a couple of hundred pages two bars would go off for example).
So I just find out, after going through the manual quickly, that I was supposed to charge it for 8-12 hours the first time. Now I want to know if I can expect to 'fix' this mistake by charging it for that amount of time now, or is the battery irreparably hindered (I've been using the device for two weeks, one 'big' charge for a couple of hours and several smaller charges when it was connected tot he computer)?
