In terms of dollar amount of my own money, Fictionwise in 1st place, then Kobo, with Baen's Webscription as a close 3rd, and Amazon as a distant 4th. Plus a few other occasional purchases from other sources (direct from author and the like).

In terms of # of non-public-domain books acquired, it would have to be Amazon for all the freebies, then B&N, then Sony & Kobo & Borders, all of whose time-limited promotional offerings dwarf even the multi-page bookshelf of stuff I bought at Fictionwise.

Well, except maybe Borders. They were kind of skimpy on the freebies, so I think I may have more FW paid books.
