well, dang it. I got a new DecalGirl skin (solid state black w/ matte) to put on my replacement Kindle 2 since my previous Kindle was damaged... and I messed up my skin putting it on.

Let me advise everyone that DecalGirl skins stretch a bit, so when you put it on, you have to restrain yourself from pulling it back up repeatedly, or else it will stretch out of shape. In the end, I had to exacto knife it in two places to get it to fit, but my wife says it's not that noticeable. Good thing it didn't have a pattern.

And to think that I've put DecalGirl skins on Kindle 2's TWICE BEFORE and had no problems...
