start forcing yourself to get up earlier in the morning, do NOT take a nap, and you will start being tired earlier at night and be able to get yourself back on a normal schedule. for two years I worked a job where I went into banks after hours and upgraded their telecommunications. my day ran from roughly 2 in the afternoon to 1 or 2 in the morning. then I would have to have a snack and wind down from the day. it took me awhile to get "back on track" and that is how I had to do it.
