I need to lead a more reasonable, healthier way of life: I tend to get up early, walk a little, have a proper breakfast accompanied by tea, and study for a while before lunch. Then go to the academy, then x y z then go to bed at 8pm, and read book til 10pm. that's absolutely what I should do
