What Harry said. You might ask him first which app he prefers and send him the right format. Personally I love the Kindle app, but my opinion is maybe not very valid since I almost never read books on my iPod. I DON'T like the silly time wasting page turning animation in iBooks and it doesn't look like you can switch it off. I suppose it might be fun on an iPad, but on iPod you get to turn a page every few seconds and I'm guessing it will get old very fast.
