I might be in a position to purchase a set of 25 eReaders for a ninth grade class

We are interested in sharing reading, and I am aware of the following important considerations:

1) durability
2) cost
3) wifi IS available at school
4) battery life
5) my ability to share or assign reading
6) a really good dictionary (or good dictionaries) on board
7) the ability to bookmark and highlight text

I believe that I will need to purchase a) the device; b) a waranty against damage; c) covers

Really need help here -- What are other considerations that I have not yet thought of? And which devices are recommended?
