If you are not interested in a tablet then I think your best bet is to check out the Sony 950 and Kindle DXG. I don't think either one of them really met your requirement for synching to outlook. I think that there are some other e-readers that have expanded WiFi capability but I am not sure which ones they are.

Maybe Pandigital and Pocketbook?
