I was getting very frustrated with having to crop my previously perfectly-sized wallpaper after rooting 1.1. Tried setting from both Zeam and stock home with the same result. Luckily, I found Wallpaper Wizardrii in the app store. Haven't tried all the options yet, but using the "scrollable" option gave me back my perfectly-sized wallpapers across the default 3 screens.
