If the idea of this game is to supply a question to which the clue is the answer, some of the responses quoted in the article linked seem a little odd.
"What is narcolepsy?" is not a question to which someone would answer ""You just need a nap. You don't have this sleep disorder that can make sufferers nod off while standing up." Surely a more appropriate question to fit that answer would be something like "Am I suffering from narcolepsy?", wouldn't it?
