FYI, that
is the plan.

But it hews more closely to the existing schedules; e.g. higher prices for 6-12 months, then they lower the price when the paperback comes out.
I for one don't expect that cycle to shorten until paper sales drop to the point where putting out multiple paper formats ceases to make economic sense.
