I went in to "My Library" "My Shelves" and there is an Edit that allows you to rename your shelves, you can remove books from them and put them on another shelves etc.

Hey You! Thanks for allowing me to clarify. I'm not referring to shelves, just files and folders.
A downloaded file goes into the "My Downloads" folder. You can't move it someplace else. If you sideload something to the wrong folder (Music instead of Books or Documents, as an example), you can't move it. You can't delete or rename files. It's nice that you can create folders and subfolders using a computer, but on the device you can't shuffle stuff around, rename, or delete when needed.
