That is why now that I have been able to achieve it, i do not mix myself that Ron and Coke that I would like so much, or do not light up one of my wife's Camels. Food no, i am not hungry. Food is the easiest, it is enough to eat enough of the good stuff I cook myself. Steamed rapini and tuna fish to night.
