It is interesting to see all the responses. I usually keep mine on my SDHC card or on the MS Pro Duo card (though I guess I have yet to really put any on those). I am curious as to how much of a delay accessing books on a SDHC card would have as opposed to solid state memory (main memory) if the SDHC is at least a class 6 or above...since those cards have sufficient speed for high definition video; not to mention the average epub file is approx 500kb or so.

With regards to battery life, has anyone been able to see a quantifiable difference between the SDHC storage and main memory storage (e.g.: several days/pages fewer of battery life on external storage media)?
