Funny, because I emailed them asking about the update and I was told that "We don't get any info on updates that our developers are creating for the devices, we find out about them the same time as it becomes public knowledge. Because of this, I'm unable to provide any hint as to whether this update will be made available for the Kindle DX or not. We are definitely not forgetting our previous devices and are always looking for ways to improve them."
What exactly did you ask them?
